Please note, we require a valid debit or credit card number to secure all reservations made through our online system and for all parties of 5 or more when booked directly.  All credit card details will be stored with our PCI Compliant Payment Gateway.

In the case of a no show or a late cancellation (48 hours minimum), the full menu price per person will be charged.

Any decrease in party size without sufficient notice (24 hours minimum), the full menu price per person will be charged.

If you are unable to honour your reservation, you must cancel it 48 hours in advance of the booking date by emailing us at reception@peploes.com

We have a 20 minute Grace Period, if guests fail to arrive within this 20 minute period after their reservation time, the reservation will be cancelled and the full menu price per person will be charged.

Reservation for parties of 7 or more can only be made via telephone (01 6763144) or email request to reception@peploes.com.
